CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by email to ICETCI 2026 Conference Committee at ietcint@hotmail.com
- Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the committee, as stated in the original receipt, will be given to cancellations received on or before 14 July 2026 (India Time). No refund will be given for cancellations received afterwards. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
EVENT POSTPONEMENT POLICY
- In the unlikely event of the ICETCI 2026 being postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will be transferred to the newly-scheduled conference dates. However, the ICETCI 2026 Organizing Committee does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses incurred for travel, visa or lodging arrangements.
